Hill and Hollow Farm

So, Laura is currently interning on Hill and Hollow organic farm in south central Kentucky. I spent a day visiting, and working, while on vacation in late April. After an afternoon of planting, pumping water from a well, cultivating, and shovelling compost, I have even more respect now than I did for the life of a farmer, and for Laura, who has found her passion in life and possibly her future career.
