Synchronicity held a memorial in tribute to Alan Scherr, and his daughter, Naomi, who were killed in the Mumbai, India, terrorist attacks last month.

Synchronicity Foundation master community member Martin Thambert lights incense prior to meditating Friday evening, just days after two of the spiritual organizations members, Alan Scherr and daughter Naomi, were killed Mumbai, India. Members of the spiritual organization in Nelson County, Va., meditate three times a day, but recently the meditation has been given a new direction. "We were focusing on the whole group, for their whole safety and well being," says Thambert.
